As a passionate leader, she designs holistic experiences and offerings to support women in reclaiming peace, restoring their identity, and thriving in all areas of life.

Before launching Phree Living Co., Krystle navigated her own journey through loss, healing, and growth. She now channels those lessons into her work—advocating for emotional health, spiritual alignment, and resilient purpose. Under her leadership, Phree Living Co. offers in-person and virtual wellness modalities, community spaces, and resources centered on holistic well-being.

Beyond business, Krystle stands as a voice for justice and community. She faced challenges head-on, including responding publicly when her store was vandalized with a racial slur. She continues to lead from vulnerability, transparency, and faith.
