Hey FaithFlex Family — we made it to Part 3. And this is where it all lands.
Over the last three episodes, Dr. Chris Montgomery and I have talked about performative Christianity, the cost of disconnection, decolonizing our faith, and what it looks like to return to God for real. In this final chapter of The Recalibration Series, we bring the conversation to its most personal, most convicting place: accountability — for leaders, for congregants, and for every single one of us who has …
Part 1 was the diagnosis. Part 2 is the direction.
In this episode of the FaithFlex Podcast, Dr. Chris Montgomery and I pick up right where we left off and get into the most personal, practical part of this conversation: What do you do when you still love God but you don't trust the systems, personalities, and platforms built in His name?
Dr. Chris gives us his own testimony and it's not what you'd expect from a pastor and apostle. He didn't get delivered …

We're talking about the cost of disconnect — the loss of community, the generation that walked away from the building (not from God), and the cr…

God’s grace meets us where perfection ends. In this clip, Monica Roxanne shares why God is not asking you to be perfect, but to trust His grace in your weakness.
2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Your imperfections do not disqualify you—they reveal God’s strength.
If you’ve ever struggled with doubt, failure, or the pressure to measure up, this message is for you.

Busyness does not equal righteousness. God calls us to rest, to trust His timing, and to stop glorifying endless motion. Isaiah 30:15 says, “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength.” Rest is not laziness. Rest is holy. Rest restores your soul.
Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” Stillness is not weakness. Stillness is worship. In a culture that praises nonstop motion, God calls us to pause, to listen, and to draw near to Him.
Luke 10:38-42 reminds us of Martha and Mary. Martha was busy serving, while Mary chose to sit at Jesus’ feet. Martha’s busyness distracted her. Mary’s stillness drew her closer to God. What are you prioritizing?
